A Message to our Twin Hill Customers about the Coronavirus COVID 19
A lot has transpired since Twin Hill's March update on Covid-19, which continues to be top of mind for everyone. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are evolving our initiatives as needed to focus on keeping employees and customers safe and healthy.
We are carrying on with following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), so we can make assessments and provide information and guidance as the situation continues to evolve.
Employee health is important to us. As our employees have returned to the office environment, we resume encouraging regular handwashing, staying home when feeling sick, and making hand sanitizers available for all employees. We continue to restrict international travel and US travel on a case by case basis.
In addition to the regular cleaning routine, our team at our offices and distribution center are maintaining their increased focus on cleaning and sanitizing the more commonly touched hard surfaces, including entrances, bathrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and phones.
To help with the efforts of flattening the curve, Twin Hill has expanded our business to include PPE products such as masks, gloves, and gowns. I want to assure you that our customers and employees are still our top priority. Our business continues to be open, and we are committed to providing the best customer service and experience during this challenging time.
Our hearts continue to be with all who have been affected by the coronavirus. We are keeping up with the data and recommendations from the CDC and WHO and will keep you informed on our changes.
